Will my irrigation system be replaced?
Irrigation reroutes are optional and can be efficiently handled by Emerald Custom Pools to restore your system to its official functionality. If you choose not to have the reroute done by Emerald, the homeowner will be responsible for any damage or necessary replacements.
Will my sod and landscaping be replaced?
Final grade includes one trash load and one load of screened topsoil. Sod, turf and landscaping packages are all available and can be discussed with your designer or project manager.
What do I need to do once my sod is installed?
- Water immediately after installation, three times daily for 15-20 minutes per area, especially in hot, windy, or sunny conditions.
- Gradually reduce watering once the sod starts rooting
- Sod does not come with a warranty
