Do I need to be home when you are here working?

While you are not required to be home during all stages of your construction project, we do require your presence during the key phases of construction which include dig day, gunite day, decking day and plaster day. We will also need a homeowner present when the electricians are working onsite to ensure proper safety and access to critical areas. Outside of those stages, you may be present whenever possible to stay informed and involved. Being onsite can help ensure that everything is proceeding according to your vision.

It is essential to provide unrestricted access to your property throughout the construction process. Limited access may cause delays and could result in additional charges. To keep your construction project on schedule and avoid extra costs, please make sure that any necessary gates, doors or pathways are clear and accessible for the crew.

If you have any concerns or scheduling conflicts, contact your Project Manager to make arrangements for access or discuss any special requirements.
