Who will manage communication during the project?
Please communicate directly with our office staff or your designer prior to meeting with you project manager. Once permits are secured, a Project Manager will be assigned to your project and will become your main point of contact throughout the construction process. The electricians may contact you directly for access to your garage for the panel box and/or your attic for cleaner runs.
Your Project Manager will provide regular updates, oversee the construction, and address any questions or concerns you may have during the build. After construction is complete, Emerald Pool Care will take over responsibility for starting up your pool and scheduling your pool school to ensure you’re fully prepared to maintain your new pool.
If you have any questions at any point during the process, your Project Manager will be there to assist you, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition from construction to pool ownership.
